    pubmed it also check out how mucous forming dairy is… veganbodybuilding
    google that too those guys are jacked on plant proteins. ALL plants, in
    fact, ALL living things have ALL essential amino acids. thanks for the vids

    @PilotCube ______1/30,000____ chance of catching salmonella, which is also
    reduced by buying organic. I’ve been drinking raw eggs with powerlifting
    since high school, 4 years ago and have never been sick. Went out and got
    cream and rice wine vinegar to try this and it’s much better than plain.
    Tastes buttery, actually don’t have to pump yourself up to chug it. MAN UP!

    I do something similar…use 5 eggs, 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, 1
    cup of water, 1.5 scoops of chocolate whey protein. Nutrition facts = 65
    grams of protein, around 35 grams of fat, and essentially 0 carbs. I do
    this for breakfast and then post workout. I like it cuz it is easier to get
    more eggs into my diet than eating them cooked.

    I like trying a variation of brands. I haven’t seen one kind of protein dominate the other unless you really increase your intake of it.

    i’m confused….i thought raw eggs were bad….especially the non organic
    etc ones. heard they were easy to get salmonella from. glad to be wrong. i
    guess the idea is to buy organic then?
