    Cool vid . Very rare u see people go shopping for food and explain what and
    why they are buying certain food on the tube. Got me subbed . By the way
    I’m shredded and still learning about nutrition . Seems like a nice guy ,
    not stuck up his own arse like some bodybuilders.

    I liked the video and it was very informative, but could you do a video
    segment on how Vaillant shops regularly? It just seems like he ran out of
    money here in the first 5 minutes of being in the store and it’d be
    interesting to see how he normally eats. I’ve seen some of his videos with
    Mr. John Meadows at Trader Joes and I was wondering what he would get
    normally with no budget restrictions. I noticed he bought Olive Oil and I
    was under the impression he usually uses coconut oil.

    if your eggs are a bit dry you can cook them with a bit of milk keeps them
    moist and makes them fluffier

    Question. Does he use the olive oil on every meal or just one meal a day? A
    response would be great. Of course his macros or calorie goals matter, I
    know that.

    I was a competitive powerlifter so I wasn’t concerned with cutting, but of
    course you want to be strong for your body weight. Putting vanilla or your
    favorite flavor protein powder in everything from pancakes to oatmeal not
    only ups the protein but done right adds flavor and makes it more like a
    treat than just force feeding yourself. It just takes a willingness to
    experiment with ideas you get from people like Antoine. In a way its always
    seemed like a bit of a bizarre maybe even comical combination of Susie
    homemaker shopping and cooking skills with hardcore athletic weight
    training and discipline. Now where’s my coupons.

    all he has is a pound of beef, five eggs, and 2 cans of tuna for protein

    he says 4 meals before the shake and its actually 5 😀 2 meals of beef and
    rice one oats banana one tuna and rice and 5eggs that’s 5 meals not 4 silly
    antoine haha then theres the shake that’s six either way great for ppl like
    me bodybyulding on a budget many thanks my bro

    Thanks for this list author. I was trying to find some real deal women body builders for a paper I am writing in my college class. I am also a amateur body builder. I work in the summers when I am not in school so this has also been inspirational for me. Really appreciate it!
