    I have upper abs and you can see them but you can see middle abs when i
    raise my hands up and im doing alot of exercieses 3 times a day 7 days a
    week and 1 hour of cardio exercises for 2 so I want to ask you is this
    normal or am i just slow in getting riped :P

    Those were the worst before and after photos i’ve ever seen at the end of
    the video. I commend those guys for getting in shape but clearly they were
    pushing their belly out in the before…and then flexing in the after
    photo. the picture qualities were horrible too. and i’m supposed to buy
    into this crap? no thank you. the majority of shows have it like that. and
    carrots and celery are NOT the only lean things to eat. go to whole foods
    market there are hundreds of snacks too eat! There’s no variety here.
